CEZ Hungary News CEZ Group Alan Svoboda is resigning from the Board of Directors of CEZ

Alan Svoboda has announced today that he decided to respect the opinion of the majority share-holder and resign from the Board of Directors of CEZ.

CEZ will ask legal authorities to revise the expert opinions on his case including the validity of the charge brought by the police.

Alan Svoboda will take a holiday and will not participate in the company management until these legal opinions are produced.
