CEZ Power Company is interested in United Energy

The offer involves 85.16 % of stocks owned by Horizon Energy Development B.V., which is a daughter company of National Fuel Gas Company in Buffalo, New York state, USA. United Energy, a. s., operates the following sources: Komorany heating and power plant, Novosedlice, Litomerice, Mimon, Louny heating plants and a number of other small gas boiler plants.

Further, it purchases heat from CEZ from Ledvice, Prunerov and Tusimice power plants. United Energy supplies heat and hot service water to the towns of Most, Litvinov, Chomutov, Jirkov, Kadan, Klasterec n. O., Teplice, Duchcov, Bilina, Dubi, Krupka, Osek, Hrob, Litomerice, Louny and Mimon.

The joint-stock company has property shares in other power companies´ enterprise:
Liberec Heating Plant, a. s.:	70% share
ENOP, s. r. o.:	100% share
LounskĂ© tepelnĂ© hospodaĹ™stvi spol. s r.o.:	100% share
