CEZ secured its 36.33% minority share in Severoceska energetika by an agreement about options

The management of CEZ Power Company approved a conclusion of an agreement with the firm Segfield Investments Limited yesterday.

Within the written agreement, the Supervisory Board of Severoceska energetika, on behalf of CEZ, expresses its acceptance of an acquisition of the shares by the company Segfield Investment Limited. The approval was conditioned by a conclusion of an agreement, which would give CEZ an option to acquire the shares in the future under set conditions.

CEZ Power Company owns 56.92 % share in Severoceska energetika at the present.
