The Office of the Year Award was founded to assess offices and workplaces that are not only unique in terms of the interior design, but also contribute to creating new work cultures in line with the newest generations’ needs. The assessment is carried out by a jury of independent experts, based on a pre-determined and objective set of criteria, separately for small and large enterprises. The assessment criteria include, among other things, the harmonisation of the work environment with the company’s image, the quality of social spaces (e.g. communication, rest areas), the inclusion of employees in the development of the new workplace, employee satisfaction with the design of the workplace, design elements and creative solutions, or the ergonomic design of office furniture and equipment.
The scoring scheme considers votes from the audience with a 10% weight. Anyone can vote at the Office of the Year website (https://azevirodaja.hu/) from 03/01/2023 to 03/02/2023.
